About Kasaragod District

History:

Kasaragod is a human settlement in the Great Stone Age Kasaragod district on the northern tip of Kerala, founded May 24, 1984. The district was formed on the order of May 19, 1984, GO (MS) number 520/84 / RD, consisting of Hosdurg and Kasaragod talc, which were part of the undivided Kannur district. It consists of the Kodagu and Dakshina Kannada districts of Karnataka in the east, the Arabian Sea in the west, and the Kannada district of Karnataka in the north. The district is surrounded by the Kannur district.
