Sanasar

One of the lesser-known summer resorts in Jammu and Kashmir, Sanasar is an adventure-seeker paradise that offers a variety of activities such as paragliding, rock climbing, rappelling, and trekking. The area is incorporated into a bowl-shaped meadow surrounded by huge coniferous trees. You can experience the beauty of the Sanaza Valley by gliding through the landscape, meadows, and lakes of the Sanaza Valley. Low-level flights here usually include landing on most of the flight paths above the lake and pastures. Against the backdrop of lush hills and faint Silver Mountains, authorities have made great efforts to develop picturesque meadows into a nine-hole golf course. This 400-year-old temple is located on the ridge of Shank Pal at an altitude of 2800 meters, a 5-hour drive from Sanaza. Its unique feature is that no mortar was used to join the stones of the temple. Patnitop is a hilltop tourist destination where you can ride a paraglider at an altitude of 2024m above sea level. Rides take place at the Landmark, Dawariyai, Patnitop-Sanaza Road, also known as Birudipouli Point, 2 km away.
