[Mundeshwari Devi Temple is located in the Kaimur region of Bihar. It is an ancient temple dedicated to the eternal worship of the Shiva-Parvati duo. It is considered one of the oldest temples in India, probably dating to 625 CE. Built of stone, the structure of the temple follows a rare octagonal pattern. The main gods in the temple are Devi Mundeshwari and the four-headed Shiva linga. It also hosts the muran of Ganesha, Surya, and Vishnu. It has long been the official topic of archeological research, covering specific texts dating to 635 CE.
