nalagarh
Nahargarh Fort is located on the edge of the Aravalli Hills, overlooking the pink city of Jaipur in the Indian state of Rajasthan. Currently, Nalagarh is a thriving industrial city and operates a wide range of manufacturing units such as leather, metal, chemicals, rope mills, and breweries. The hill station is also famous for boating and fishing on Gobind Sagar Lake. Nalagarh is known for its lush greenery, tranquility, and beautiful view of the Shivalik hills across the river Sirsa. Nalagarh is known as the gateway to Himachal Pradesh. The main attraction of Nalagarh is the Nalagarh Tower which has now been converted into a heritage hotel that attracts tourists from all over the country. The Mughals and the British during their reign enjoyed the beauty of the area and considered it a prince, and to this day, the impression of royalty is still alive and well. In addition to the private qualities attached to the city, Nalagarh successfully embraces the growth of iron, chemicals, rope mills, leather, and liquor outlets and is a future industrial city. The area is covered by the surrounding Himalayan mountains on one side and the Shivalik on the other. An emerging industrial town, the area is dominated by the ruins of many fortresses, including the fortresses of Chamba, Surajupur, Ramharh, and Malaon.
