History:
South west of N.C.T. Located in the southwestern part of Delhi. Southwest Delhi is one of the 11 administrative districts of the National Capital Region of Delhi, India. Capashera functions as an administrative district in southwestern Delhi. Southwestern Delhi is one of nine old districts that have existed since January 1997. Until independence, Delhi had a Supreme Commissioner as Executive Branch and Head of Executive Branch, who reported to it. He had three deputy chief cabinet secretaries who shared responsibilities such as income casework and criminal appeal.
