History:
Noklak is a new state of Nagaland located in the eastern part of the country bordering Myanmar. Recorded from the parents of Tuensang District, the District occupies an area of approximately 1152 Sq Km. The District shares a border with Tuensang in the West, Keprere County in the south, Mon County in the North, while the entire eastern border extends approximately 92 KM from Boundary Pillar Numbers from BP 139 to BP 146. The district falls under the Free Regime belt Movement.
