Beed District

History:

Beads is probably a historic town of medieval origin. Its early history is ambiguous. Historians speculate, based on archaeological sites, that the city may have been founded by the Yadava ruler (1173-1317) of Devgiri (Dauratabard). Bead was later dominated by Nizam during the time of India in England. The Bead district has a long history of rulers and kingdoms. In ancient times, this city was called Champa Yatinagari. Until the 19th century, this part of Malaswada was under the monarchy of Nizam, but was later incorporated into the Republic of India after a fierce struggle between Indian freedom fighters and Nizam soldiers.
