The story of Chittoris one of the most moving chapters in Indian history. The birth of Rajput's chivalry prime minister, its sacred walls and vast expanse of abandoned palaces tell the story of countless siege and abuse. It's almost completely mythical. Chittorgarh was one of India's most fiercely contested positions of power. In its huge fortress, Chittorwas given to Bapparawar, the legendary founder of the Sisodia dynasty, as part of the last Dowry of Princess Solanki in the mid-8th century.
