History:
The Rajsamand district is the district of Rajasthan in western India. The city of Rajsamand is the headquarters of the district. This district was formed on April 10, 1991 from the Udaipur district by dividing seven Tesylbim, Deogal, Amet, Kumbhalgarh, Radisamand, Nasdwara and Railmagura. It is situated at the southern tip of Rajsthan. It is like an oval shape with narrow strip strenching toward the north.
