The region is full of nations and its formation, which was announced before the 2012 Gujarat Council elections. The region is named after the Aravalli Hills through Gujarat and Rajasthan. According to records with the Government of Gujarat, the Arasur branch of Aravalis passes through the Danta, Modasa and Shamlaji districts.
