History:
Nayagarh is a city and municipality in the Nayagarh region of India's Odisha province. It is the provincial capital of Nayagarh. It was created on 1 April 1993. The Odisha administrative district, Nayagarh District was created on 1 April 1993 when the former Puri district was divided into three separate districts. The district is bounded by Cuttack District in the North, Kandhamal District in the West, Ganjam District in the south and Khordha District in the East.
