History:

Rayagada is a province south of Odisha, a state of India, which became a separate province in October 1992. Its population is made up mainly of tribes, especially the Konds and Sora. By the third century B.C., during the reign of Ashoka the Great, Rayagada District was covered under the Kalinga dynasty.
