History:

Budaun Commonly pronounced Badayun is the city and home of the Budaun district of Uttar Pradesh, India. It is located near the Ganges in the heart of western Uttar Pradesh. Budaun was the capital of the Delhi Sultanate for four years during the reign of Sultan Sultanate from 1210 to 1214 AD. It was the most important post on the northern frontier during the Mughal Empire. Bdown is a large market, historically famous and religiously important city. It is the heart of Rohilkhand. Budaun  is 229 km from New Delhi and, depending on transportation, it takes 5-7 hours to reach the city. H. Car or road bus. The city is on the left bank of the Sotto River.
