History:
Etawah is a city on the banks of the Yamuna River in Uttar Pradesh, India. It is an administrative district in the Etawa district. Later, Etawa was under Gupta rule in the 4th century C.E. Even today, the city of Etawah still has some remnants of India's Great Britain, an endorheic tax system established by British rulers. The name Etawah is known to be derived from the term used for brick kilns because of the thousands of brick centers near the border.
