History:
Kanpur was an important British garrison until 1947 when India became independent. The Kanpur Nagar District serves as the headquarters for the Kanpur District, the Kanpur Mountains, and the Kanpur Zone. The city is believed to have been founded by Raja Hindu Singh. The original name of Kanpur was Kanpur. Whether it is suspected to be associated with a land-owning Hindu king of urban origin. It was done throughout the meeting.
